The host was prompt with responses when we contacted them and was also very helpful. The home was clean and updated and very spacious. Beautiful private outdoor sitting area near the pool. House was exceptionally clean, well appointed, and set up perfectly. We enjoyed both the outdoor and indoor spaces. House is well maintained, Peter was very resp and I highly recommend this property. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The yard was alsi secluded and private. The host made it very easy with checkin. We felt like we stayed in one of the suites in high end hotels. Our main concerns are privacy, cleanliness, and safety. We got spoiled with all the restaurants and shops so close to the house. Before we booked, we reached out to Peter for some info and he was super responsive and continued that as I had a number of questions. The house was awesome. Clean, comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed. The location was perfect and central. Accurately described in the listing. We enjoyed relaxing in the backyard oasis. Plenty of seating both inside and out. The king size beds in each of the large bedrooms were all comfortable. Had everything I needed to make my stay easy and comfortable. Only trouble we had was keeping the house cool during the day. We enjoyed the pool all day. The kitchen was amazing and very large. The bedrooms had king size beds and the bathrooms were all updated. Hot tub was way over chlorinated our skin still smells like it. House stunk like cat or dog pee, it was very musty. We bought a candle and left it. It worked fine the first day but when we tried to use it the breaker tripped. I contacted the owner and he quickly got a handyman to come out to look at it. He ended up coming out twice over the weekend but wasn't able to get it fixed.The owner was very responsive but unfortunately it would require a hot tub repair company to replace a faulty circuit board and they weren't available until after our stay. Because of this, he offered us a discount since we didn't get to use it for our entire stay.This is a very nice property in a quiet neighborhood and the location is great.
