Séjour de 3 nuits en avril 2025 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Kelly C. 17 mars 2025 Points forts : Propreté #### Like going back in time to a college apartment with minimum basics Considering the number of questions that had to be answered, the third party verification, and a choice of damage insurance that had to be chosen before being approved to rent, I expected the apartment to be in really good shape. It was not. A very cool building but all "improvements" were done cheaply - bathroom vanity drawers falling out when opened, sliding closet doors off the rail, no ice cube trays (we bought and left some), cracked coffee mugs, jammed coffee maker, couch cushions damaged, shower liner too short so floor got wet no matter what we did, no shower shelving for toiletries .... The host did respond quickly but nothing was fixed while we were there and we did get the coffee pot working. In addition there is some construction in the immediate area that started with loud noise at 6:30 am. We did love the area and the walkability to some very good restaurants. Was close to a major highway also so easy to get to other areas like Scottsdale and Goodyear. Street parking was not an issue either. The hosts could make this a much nicer place without spending a lot. ##### Kelly C.
