When we arrived, the pool was dirty and did not filter debris. I contacted the owner and they told me that the pool was crystal clear the day before and that the filter needed a part. The owner said that the maintenance man would come the next day. The maintenance man came but there was no change in the pool. No follow up or further communication from the owner.The kitchen floors were dirty upon arrival. The balcony was filthy. Old drinks from the previous guest in the fridge. Water in the master shower dribbled out due to low water pressure. The kitchen was nice (minus dirty floors) and the sunken living room was nice. Wouldn’t stay here again.

#### Wonderful Stay in a Beautiful Home!

We had an amazing experience at this Vrbo! The house was beautiful, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The management company was absolutely fantastic—responsive, friendly, and made the entire process seamless. Our family truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

#### Thanksgiving in the desert

We enjoyed our stay at Kierland Palms over the week of Thanksgiving. We had a group of 8 and the house had plenty of space for all of us. Having a split level with multiple bathrooms, bedrooms and two living room areas was great. We were able to spread out and didn't feel cramped. The beds were comfortable and spacious. Kitchen had everything needed to cook and some basic seasonings, etc. Communication with property owner/management was easy and quick to respond if anything was needed. Neighborhood was nice and quiet, and the neighbors we met were friendly. Overall we had a nice time! Note: the backyard of the house is right off of a very busy street, so if you are spending time outside you will hear lots of traffic noise, and even may hear it inside sometimes. It wasn't a huge issue for us, but something to consider if you're looking for a quiet/peaceful experience.

We had a group of 10 45 year olds stay here for a baseball tournament. This house was perfect. Everyone had their own bed and the location was great to get around the valley.

#### A Desert Oasis: Perfect Retreat in Phoenix, AZ

Our stay in Phoenix, AZ, was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with spacious bedrooms, a large kitchen, and a backyard oasis that exceeded our expectations. First and foremost, the bedrooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the vibrant city of Phoenix. The ample storage space meant we could unpack and feel right at home during our stay. The kitchen was a true highlight for us, as a great place to gather throughout the day. You won't feel separated from everyone while cooking here. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the hot tub. After a day of sightseeing, there was nothing better than soaking in the warm, bubbling water under the stars. It quickly became our favorite spot to unwind and relax. The backyard was beautifully set up, with ample seating areas, a hammock, and thoughtful touches throughout. Whether we were enjoying a morning coffee on the patio or gathering around the fire pit in the evening, the outdoor space truly enhanced our stay. In addition to the wonderful accommodations, the location was perfect for exploring Phoenix. We were close to a variety of restaurants, making it easy to sample the local cuisine, and the nearby Fry's grocery store was convenient for stocking up on essentials. Overall, our experience at this house in Phoenix exceeded our expectations in every way. We look forward to a return trip here.
