Stay in the heart of Tempe at The Access, just minutes from ASU, the light rail, and Mill Avenue’s buzzing food and nightlife scene. Our fully-furnished apartments are ideal for short-term, monthly, or extended stays, featuring full kitchens with modern appliances, in-unit laundry, and fast WiFi. Stay active at the rooftop basketball court, hit the spin room, or unwind at the resort-style pool and outdoor spa.  
 All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.  
  
For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
