The staff are the most unfriendly I've ever encountered. It seems they were trained to 'find a way to NO' rather than find a way to YES.
Front door locked at 8:45pm. And I couldn't extend the booking of my wife by giving them my credit card number over the phone. My wife had to pay in person at the front desk.
Ridiculous.
And when it was time to check out, with my mother-in-law in a wheelchair and unable to walk at all, the young woman who was the manager (and yes, we'd paid the additional fee for a late check out) said 'you've got to get out right now'.
Will NEVER go back to this poorly managed place. Clearly the owners don't know they're in the hospitality business.
