The primary bedroom is on its own side of the house and features a king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet, and direct access to the patio. This room has an ensuite bathroom, complete with dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and essential toiletries from Public Goods. There are four bedrooms on the other side of the house. One is outfitted with a king, two with a queen, and one with a twin and 2 fulls over bunk beds. These bedrooms share the second full bathroom, located in the hallway between them. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo and essential toiletries from Public Goods. There is an additional half bathroom located off the main living area. ☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆ The modern kitchen is a true chef’s kitchen, with an abundance of counter space, an oversized island, and sleek countertops. You’ll find all the cooking basics here, including stainless steel appliances, a blender, a spice rack, and more. There’s even a coffee station to aid in your morning caffeine intake, complete with a Keurig, coffee pods, dry creamer, and branded Scottsdale coffee mugs. You can perch yourself at the island (seating for four) to sip on pre-dinner cocktails, then head over to the large dining table (seating for eight) to dine as a group. This beautiful space features a private heated pool ( floats included), sun loungers, and a hammock. There’s also a fire pit, a ping pong table, a grill, outdoor dining space, corn hole, and plenty of seating areas in both shaded and sunny areas. Guests will have full access to the entire house, including the private backyard patio and swimming pool. The home is equipped with smart locks, Noiseaware monitors, and Ring cameras in the front and back to ensure your safety. We bought floaties for the pool and asked management if there was an air pump somewhere and they had one delivered to the house within a couple hours. We also had a person in our group forget clothing in one of the closets and they were so great to work with to geth them back!
