Nestled in an ideal location close to the Scottsdale Stadium, Old Town, and the Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art - every day you spend here is sure to be filled with fun adventures! Cozy and well-updated, the interior of the condo boasts plush furnishings, central air-conditioning, and an open layout. The kitchen provides a pleasant space to play chef with its granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The living room has a Smart TV and ample seating. When you aren't gathered here with your loved ones, check out the bedrooms - equally inviting with soft linens and easy bathroom access. A private washer/dryer rounds out the interior amenities. Outside, enjoy the desert landscape from the shared pool, hot tub, and grilling area. An on-site golf course is also available for those who want to practice their swing. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The condo was clean, well-stocked and in a great location. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood, overlooking golf course with a walking trail right outside the property. It’s a 20 minute walk to Old Town and easy access to highways nearby to get to hiking and other attractions. The unit is spacious and clean. The pool area and hot tub nice snd peaceful and enjoyed cooking out one night in the grill. It’s exactly as pictured. Good restaurants walkable too. Really enjoyed the pretty views from the patio and the spectacular weather! Highly recommend and would stay here again.
