Very clean, adequate supplies, nice furniture and linens. The house is in a nice location. It was exactly what we wanted. One less star because we had to deal with inflexible Vacasa. We arrived at the house 1 hour early and were told no early entrance period. There were no cleaning people there no reason given just tough luck you’ll have to sit and wait. No exceptions. Stayed for 2 weeks due to medical reasons. Few things to mention, listed stating 4 parking spots, but no mention on how to get into garage for the additional 2 spaces, would have liked a book or link showcasing bonuses for renting this house. The booking changed from VRBO to Vacasa AFTER we booked. We had a crisis situation where our daughter was hospitalized a week prior to the trip. We had to cancel our trip due to the hospitalization. Vacasa was totally inflexible with refunding or moving the reservation to another time because we weren't withing a 30/15 day window. The hospitalization occurred 1 week prior to the trip!! We had no idea this was going to happen!! We have booked with VRBO numerous times through the years. We will likely not every use VRBO again and will NEVER use Vacasa. Rotten customer service on all counts as their was no consideration to the uncontrollable situation. VRBO tried to help - but in the end, defaulted to Vacasa. I didn't make the reservation with vacasa... I made the reservation with VRBO. You should have stood up and done right thing. I had a note from the hospital. Awful customer service. ##### Tammy R.
