The pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature; please keep in mind that when the weather is cooler may not be as warm as you might expect. For example, if the ambient nightly temperature is only 55 degrees, then the pool might heat up to 75-80 degrees. We recommend the pool is heated in the months between October to May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. Pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Thank you! \- Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. GUEST VERIFICATION: To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed. Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes: \- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions. \- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in. \- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The home is perfect for a large crew, especially one with children. The backyard is beautiful, and kept everyone relaxed, entertained and busy the whole week. Lots of pickleball tournaments! The neighborhood is really nice, and the location is perfect. The property manager Kelly was very communicative, and the experience was seamless.
