Although the space is located behind a residence, the privacy fencing provides a secluded little patio area and it feels like its own separate residence. The unit is newly renewed and has everything you could wish for. Pretty cool automation system through Alexa (to control the lights, play music, etc). The shower pressure was great and easy to adjust the temperature. Bed was suuuper comfortable. You could tell that a lot of effort and attention to detail has been put in the unit. The only small suggestion is to make it a little more clear on the check-in instructions how to find the entrance to the unit. It's easy to see during the day but I arrived after sunset and couldn't find it at first glance, but the host was super quick in getting back to me and giving me the instructions.
