### Hidden, Lush Treasure Close to Everything...Your Own Private Resort!
Come on in, set down your bags and stay awhile! Jump in the HEATED pool, soak in some Arizona sunshine (or not - we have a HUGE covered patio), catch a Spring training game at either Cubs Park or Hohokam Stadium (Oakland A's), or go play 18 at the prolific golf-courses Valley wide.
Whatever you do, we know you will love this home. Located on a quiet cul de sac. You can be anywhere from Downtown Phoenix to Tempe to Old Town Scottsdale to the Sky Harbor Airport in just a few minutes!
No expense was spared when this house was extensively renovated both inside and out in 2012 - no detail was overlooked. Welcome to our resort-home away from home!
The Gourmet Kitchen is large with nearly every amenity. The island has a 5-burner gas range and sink and is set up for seating on the one edge of the island. The surrounding counters provide additional working areas along with the convection oven, special Advantium/microwave oven, and huge refrigerator with purified water and ice in the door. There is an additional refrigerator in the utility area that has additional ice as well.
Immediately off the Kitchen is custom, banquette seating for a large group.
Also in this same Great Room as the Kitchen is the HUGE leather sectional big enough for the whole gang and a entertainment center with a 65” flat screen TV with surround sound, Blu-ray, and DirectTV.
Next to the Great Room is a room that has a beautiful billiard table and a formal dining table. It all flows seamlessly together. Even though it is a big space with wonderful high ceilings it is still warm and not cavernous.
Master bedroom #1 has a King bed with a large lounging chair for two and an en suite with a walk in shower with controls for two separate showers simultaneously. There is a jetted tub, a bidet, and a double sink.
Master Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed along with a set of trundle beds and an ensuite.
Bedroom #3 has a Two Twin beds.
Bedroom #4 has a Queen bed.
Bedroom #5 has a Queen bed.
There is a luxury bathroom near bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 that has a double vanity, tub, and a walk-in shower
Nearly every room has dimmable lighting to set the mood for any occasion. With multiple skylights throughout house there is abundant natural lighting.
The outdoor space is certainly not overlooked in any way. There is a large covered patio with table seating in one area and another area has vignette with a couch and cushioned chairs. Ample deck allows for gathering or dining in and out of the sun/stars. A portable fire pit and chairs can be enjoyed on cool evenings. The fenced, heated pool is large enough to play or exercise. The outdoor kitchen has a large gas infrared grill, sink with hot/cold water, and an integrated beverage well to ice down some favorite refreshments. The sound system will add atmosphere to any occasion. And a high-end mist system can take the edge off on a warm, dry day. There also is a nice sized lawn area for play and contrast to the deck. Finally, since the inside has spectacular lighting, we have carried that to the outside as well to facilitate enjoyment both day and night!!
Parking is not an issue with garage space for two vehicles and driveway space for six more.
Plenty of shopping and restaurants are one to three miles nearby in Mesa Riverview or Tempe Marketplace.

We just loved staying at this home. It’s super clean, well maintained, totally stocked with all you need and more. The bedrooms were large and relaxing. We all slept great! The interior layout gave privacy for all age groups. The exterior was well maintained with a very private backyard with birds and fruit trees. We swam in a nice heated pool at no extra cost. Played bocce ball and enjoyed the large covered patios. The is all on one level and very safe home. The best home we have ever stayed in. 1!!.

From check-in to check-out this host and beautiful home exceeded our expectations. An in-person check-in and tour of the home got us off to a great start. The kitchen and pantry were fully stocked with necessities and included many extras for our use. The bedrooms were immaculate and the beds very comfortable. We had plenty to do with the pool (heated to 84 degrees), the BBQ grill and patio area, the billiard table, the theater style flat screen TV, a variety of games and fun things to do near by. This home was perfect for our annual family baseball trip. Catherine and her husband made sure everything was easy and were attentive to our needs. The bedrooms were laid out perfectly, so everyone had their own space. The living room was set up so we all could watch a movie (or a ballgame) together as a family. The grandkids loved the pool and the backyard was very nice. The home was centrally located to all the events we were attending. We would definitely love to come back!

This home was perfect for our annual cousin’s trip. It was spacious and open enough where we weren’t on top of each other. The gathering spaces were perfect for our group. The backyard was a plus. We ended up not using the pool because it was dirty. The pool guy came to clean it as we were leaving. While I understand the weather can’t be controlled, it would have been nice to be able to use it. Outside of the couple of instances of unexpected people, I would definitely book again.

We stayed at the property so we could all be together for my son’s wedding in Mesa. This home is beautiful and well cared for. The hosts were amazing and checked in on us and helped when we needed them to. #### Great house for a large family
This was THE BEST house for our family’s Labor Day weekend together! Our older son and his wife, their 2 year old, and 3 month old stayed in the room with a queen bed and twin bed. Owners had a pack n play (& also a high chair and booster seat) for the baby to sleep in. This room is nicely situated on one end of the house separated from the commotion of the main living area. It also has its own bath for the most part as it is only shared with everyone else when coming in from the patio/pool area. Our other teen and young adult children and my husband and I had spacious comfortable rooms on the other side of the main living area. It was such a comfort to have the gate around the pool and high door handles on any door that led to the back patio/pool area for the safety of our adventurous 2year old grandson. While most of our activities were at ASU in Tempe or in Scottsdale, the house was an easy 10-20 minute drive to everything we wanted to do. We had a few logistical questions before our stay and the owners were east to communicate with and very accommodating when they could be and had good explanations when they couldn't be.

#### Family and Friends get a way
The home was lovely and comfortable. Arizona is a yearly get a way for us and will definately come back to this home. Pool and outdoors was great!

#### Great place for reunion with friends
Catherine’s house was a the perfect place to gather with our friends and their kids. She and her husband were very gracious hosts and made everything easy. There was so much space that despite having 4 kids and 4 adults it never felt crowded and everyone had their own place to hang out. The backyard was amazing, as was the pool. We didn’t explore the area as much as we wanted to because of the blazing heat, but it’s in a great location close to everything. I would highly recommend this house for anyone staying in the Phoenix area.
