We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this location. Everything was in excellent condition and communication with the rental company was prompt and reliable. But, the communication with the Manager was not good at all. She never has responded to any email that I have sent. The first was about the blackout curtains, the second was about me collecting my things that were left behind. it's been a couple weeks and she has yet to tell me where I can pick up all the clothes that were left behind in a drawer.
