The good - The location was good and there was good communication from the property manager. The price was fair for a good size 3 bedroom 2 bath condo. The kitchen equipment was good and we loved the balcony. The not-so-good. The cleaning was sub-par. The silverware drawer had goo all over it, the cabinets were smeared and there were no handles on the cabinets. The floors made our socks black-they weren't clean, when we looked under the beds it was dirt and dust. This condo was perfect for the two of us. The location was prefect, near lots of entertainment, restaurants and shopping. Nice view of the Silverado Golf Course from the balcony, the kitchen was well equipped, the beds were very comfortable, the property was clean and the property manager was very accommodating.
