Nov. 2023 - 1. The swimming pool was dirty and had a film like scum on top of the water, along with debris in the water. The owner said that the pool company would be out on Wed. before noon to clean the pool. I messaged the owner on Wed. he then said the pool company would be out early Wed. afternoon, however, the pool company never showed up. We could not use the pool throughout our 1 week stay. We selected this house b/c of the heated pool. The owner was not helpful, very rude and lacked customer service. He turned off the heat to pool rather than having the pool company come clean it. 2. The dark gray carpeting is dirty and hasn't been cleaned. The bottom of our socks reflected the fact that the carpet was dirty. 3. Be aware that there is a car parked in the garage which is creepy and takes up a parking space in the garage and there is no parking on the street.

A dirty swimming pool? My 72 other ratings, mostly about my pool will disagree. I arrived to the property shortly after your checkout to find seven leaves in the pool. It is outdoors and impossible to keep out of the pool when there are winds. From the time you booked the property 4 months ago, you had unrealistic demands of my vacation home. During Thanksgiving week, pool companies down in Arizona take time to spend with their family so they extend their service window to support this. As well, a net is provided to remove any small debris that might land in the pool. I agree, the heat was turned off in the pool because you advised that you would not be using it. I only heat the pool when it will be used per my house manual. Calling in to complain and ask for a refund, not getting it and then leaving this type of false review is disappointing. The garage has room for parking 1 car as the listing states. There are various other items such as some tools, a ladder and a covered car but I would not consider it creepy as stated in the review. These are normal things that would be in a garage. Since you stated that there would be 4 guests, 1 garage spot and 2 driveway spots should be enough parking to support this number of guests. As for cleanliness, your comments are false. The house is cleaned professionally after each booking and they do a great job. My reviews on cleanliness are 5 star. As for being rude, I responded quickly to all inquiries and false complaints very quickly and professionally. I also offered a refund for the remaining days of your stay but you did not want to leave. From the beginning, I knew that no matter what I did, you would not be satisfied with my home and find it frustrating that you didn’t want to enjoy your week long stay at my house from the moment you arrived.

We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and were thankful that the host was able to promptly heat the pool for us as at our request, it was a bit cooler during our stay. The layout worked great for our family of 4 and the home was clean.

Pleasantly Surprised
House is exactly as pictured! Looks bigger in person! There were a ton of things that came in use during our stay (seasonings, condiments, etc.) the house was great. Only two issues were that the back door was only able to be locked by a wooden bar, no other way (not safe), and that the hot tub had been left closed for the prior 5 weeks that no one had stayed there and was unusable due to the chemical fumes. We left it open and ran it for a full day as advised by the renter, and it didn’t help at all. We were unable to use it for our full stay.

Rest and Relaxation
Beautiful large home. We have 2 teenagers and both had plenty of room. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was nice every morning to watch the birds out back. Location was good, only around 20ish minutes to Top Golf and Westgate shopping center and the Tanger outlets. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing house!
The home and yard are as amazing as the photos show, if not better! Very clean and has everything you need to cook.The neighborhood is safe, friendly and quiet. Many stores and restaurants close by. The heated pool and hot tub are clean and well maintained. Yard is beautifully landscaped. Owner was very quick to respond to all questions.

This is one of the nicest VRBO rentals we've ever had--and we've had many. The house is lovely and well stocked. Comfortable beds, nice pool and hot tub, pleasant neighborhood. And Curtis was great with communication. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great Location and Home
We were in town for a baseball tournament and didn't want to be stuck in a tiny hotel for 5 days and so decided to stay here. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub in our down time. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything. We recommend Taste of Italy for pizza if you need a quick meal. Will miss the hummingbird in the backyard. We would stay here again if ever in town.

Big enough for our family of 6 adults
my husband and I wanted to spend extra time with our university age children over their Christmas break. The house fit us all comfortably. The pool was heated each day which was awesome because of the cooler temps in late December early January. Check in and and out were stress free. The hot tub could use some maintenance as it smelled quite strong of mildew.

Hello, thanks for your stay! The pool company has been having a hard time balancing the chemicals over the past couple weeks in the spa so the smell was likely a strong bromine/chlorine mix with the chemicals they were trying to add. They are draining it and starting from scratch! Safe travels home!

The house was very clean. Good access to tv and WiFi programming. Pool was nice however the “heated pool” was still very chilly. Fire pit and hot tub were very nice. Neighbors were partying loud into the early morning hours of Sunday. Host was great and cleanliness was impressive. Race track access was good. Vrbo fees are getting too high.

Everything was perfect!
The house is exactly as shown in photos, meticulously clean and very cozy. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, down to the vegetable peeler. The backyard was private and the neighborhood was very quiet. We loved the pool! It was a great treat after a day full of exploring. The beds are very comfortable, especially the pillows, I need some of those for home! The house is 3-5 minutes from everything you could need, Target, restaurants, Planet Fitness etc. We would 1000% stay here again, every moment we spent in this house was wonderful. We truly felt like we were at our home away from home. Thank you!

My husband and I were in town to enjoy some Arizona weather and work remotely from the area. The property was extremely clean - one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in - and had pretty much everything you’d need for a pleasant stay. We enjoyed having two desks / work spaces on different levels , as well as the the pool. The bed/ pillows were comfortable, and there were multiple good restaurants within 10 minutes. Overall a fantastic stay!

Lives up to its name!
This was a great home to stay in - very near all kinds of shopping. The beds were very comfortable. All the amenities of home other than a crock pot which I use often, but Curtis had told me prior so that I could bring my own. The daily visits by many humming birds were awesome to watch. The pool and the hot tub were a definite hit with all family members. Curtis was very prompt and accommodating to any concerns/questions we had. Would definitely recommend this property to families looking for a great place to stay.

This house was beautiful and very clean. Communication between the owner and I was friendly and quick responses. They had a bottle of wine waiting for us, such a nice touch. As good as advertised.
This was my first VRBO experience and I must say, it was a REALLY good one! The house was beautiful and had more than enough room for our group to spread out while still enjoying our time together. Hello, Apologies for the hot tub being out of order! The pump failed and parts are coming but not have arrived as quickly as I have liked. It will be operational for your next stay for sure!
