The backyard offers guests exciting amenities that include a pool with optional heating, putting green and covered patio with a gas grill and dining furniture. The pool heating fee is $75.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. \~ CLASSIC LOCATION \~ Situated in a quiet and well-maintained neighborhood, this home is conveniently close to spectacular golf, sightseeing, eateries, hiking/biking trails, water sports, shopping and movie theaters. Gilbert is ranked as one of the safest cities in the USA and has a variety of things to do. Hikers, bikers and outdoor enthusiasts will love Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch. Veterans Oasis Park in Chandler is close and offers paved trails and wildlife sightings such as Jack rabbits, quail and Roadrunners. Hop on our modern highway to visit the exciting cities of Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa or Phoenix. There's something for everybody in the magnificent Sonoran Desert. Sound too good to be true? The great room has newly arranged cozy seating for many and a large smart TV. Pool and game table in adjacent area provide friendly competition for guests. Wifi is complimentary. The modern and bright kitchen is well stocked for stress-free meal preps. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are ready to brew your favorite roast. Bar and table seating include views of the enclosed backyard and pool. Highchairs and Pack 'N Plays are available to rent. The garage has one space for your car and recreational gear; there is additional parking for 2 cars in the driveway. There is a Tesla charger in the garage. \~ CLASSIC SLEEPING CHOICES \~ All bedrooms are upstairs; the split bedroom floor plan affords privacy for families or couples. The primary bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, ceiling fan and a private bath with a separate shower, luxurious garden tub and dual vanity sinks. A hair dryer and soap are stocked. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a ceiling fan; the third and fourth bedrooms have queen beds, smart TVs and ceiling fans. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 share the second bathroom which is upstairs and features a tub-shower combination. A powder room is conveniently located on the first floor. The well stocked laundry facilities allow you to pack less yet have the wardrobe you need for your next adventure. Laundry detergent is provided. Looking for the classic vacation? If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements. The house was exactly like the pictures showed with lots of room for our group of adults and teenagers. We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool and putting green in the back yard. Overall this was a great property to stay in. The location has many great amenities close by. Everything was laid out great and responses from the property manager were quick and helpful. Overall the place seemed clean but did discover staining on bedding and pillows. Felt those could all be replaced. We were compensated for this and we are thankful of how everything was handled. Great for kids and enjoyed the pool very much. We appreciated having everything there for us like paper towel, toilet paper, cleaning supplies etc. We look forward to our next stay. ##### Raechel F. A great sized pool (with option of heating, which we didn’t need) & a fun putting green. The house also had a pool table inside. For a group of 6 adults this place had everything we needed. Gilbert has so many restaurants within a short distance from the rental. The location in general was perfect, not far from the airport and other towns if you wanted to get out & go somewhere.
