Gather! Heated Pool, 5 King Bedrooms, Playground, Trampoline & Pool Table

This 5 bedroom home was designed for you to enjoy the Arizona weather. Outside you'll find a jungle gym, swing set, in-ground trampoline, and a heated swimming pool oasis. At night you can gather around the firepit or have a great family BBQ. More fun awaits inside with a pool table, gas fireplace, and books and games to enjoy. When you need a little time alone all the bedrooms have king-sized beds and TVs. There is one full bedroom and bathroom downstairs for easy access.

Pool is heated from October through April, temperature is set to 82-84 degrees but may not be capable of holding those temps in coldest weather.
Indoor fireplace is disabled April-October as daily highs can still be over 100.

Check in is at 3 pm. Early check in may be available with advance notice in writing.

If you have any question about the home please contact the host prior to arrival.

Parking: Room for 2 cars in the driveway & 2 cars in the garage

No ON Street parking allowed overnight

- Check-out time is 10:00 am, unless approved in writing by the host.

- EARLY DEPARTURES: As reservations are carefully scheduled in advance, no refund will be given if a guest leaves prior to their reserved departure date, regardless of reason.

Absolutely no smoking or vaping anywhere on or near property.

Outdoor quiet time from 10pm-8am
There is a security camera on the garage facing the driveway/side gate access and also at the front door there is a ring security camera doorbell. Cameras are monitored as needed. Covering/Disabling cameras or turning off wi-fi will be cause for immediate termination of your stay.

We had a great time. The house was just the right size but could have used a bunk bed in one bedroom for three of the girls. But we made it work. Location was good. The kids spent a lot of time in the pool, and it was nice and warm for them to swim at all times of the day. (A good cleaning would be good ie. cleaning the floor boards, a good scrubbing of the floors). We love Arizona and plan on coming back.

Family for graduation

I had my family come in town for my son’s graduation and they stayed here. This was the best VRBO for a family that I have ever stayed in. Very clean and VERY family friendly. Everyone had a great time and there was so much to do at the house. The kids had a blast. I would highly recommend this place for families. Host was very friendly and helpful when I had questions. 10/10!!

Christmas 2024

We had the best time. Our kids with their families, aging 5 and under. The yard was perfect for them. Playground, sand area, lawn, trampoline and fire pit was amazing. The pool being in the back of the yard AND fenced was a must! The house itself has been one of the most well stocked places we’ve been too. Communication was spot on and responsive. Definitely recommend this rental to any large groups with kids.

This is an awesome place to stay! We had plenty of room and we were able to use the pool and the grill and the fire pit in December, but we are a family from Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota 🙂 The grandkids enjoyed the play area, which is fenced in..but the pool area is in another fenced in area. We would definitely recommend this home!

Comfortable home

This home is perfect for families with young kids. The backyard features an excellent play area for children. Additionally, the pool is heated and provides a comfortable swimming experience. Best Wedding Ever!

Our stay at this house in Gilbert, AZ was amazing! Everything we needed was on hand. The property manager was especially helpful and responsive to our requests. Angel's referral to a local hair stylist for me as mother of the groom was particularly appreciated and a complete success. The house was about what I expected. Angel was great to work with and responsive. I was disappointed and surprised that we didn’t have access to basic cable tv channels. Some of the bedrooms lacked usable closet space and/or a dresser so that you could unpack clothing.

Perfect Family Friendly Home

The house was perfect and Angel was a great host! It was great for our family with kids ranging from 2-10 along with 6 adults. The fenced off pool was so nice with young kids, along with the trampoline and play area. The outside grilling area was also really nice. The house was stocked with plenty of towels, a few toys and books for the kids, and other misc items. Angel was incredibly responsive to any questions or needs we had. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

This is a great kid friendly property. The living room had a smell that covered up pet odors. It was in a neighborhood not very close to restaurants or shopping. It was nice to have all king beds.

Great home for family vacation!

This home was perfect for our family of 9. Let me just start by saying the communication from the owner was fantastic starting from the time I booked my reservation. The check-in and check-out process was hassle-free. The owner put a lot of thought into setting up this home. The youngest loved that we had toys and games to play with. I loved that we were able to let the kids play in the back yard without worrying about a young curious five year old being able to get into the pool without an adults help. The pool was heated and the kids loved going swimming. The neighborhood had many small parks and sand volleyball courts. The owner thought of everything you could possibly need.. Highchairs, life jackets, basketball, volleyball plus games and toys We had lots of room to spread out and hang out.. Do not think twice about renting this home for your next vacation. I would definitely return!

Perfect place for families

This house was perfect for our families - parents, two married kids with toddlers, and young adults. Each family had their own space, the house is quiet and those upstairs could not hear the crying toddlers on the main floor. It has an amazing yard an pool., playground, and yard.

Great house in a great location

We had a group of four adults traveling to a pickleball camp and wanted t house that we could all be comfortable in, while also having our own space. This house was perfect. Each bedroom had a TV and direct access to a bathroom. The layout of the one bedroom downstairs right next to a bathroom and then the master with an en suite as well as the three other bedrooms right next to the other bathroom - which had two sinks - made this an ideal setup. The living room was also large enough, with three couches, for all of us to sit comfortably. We hope to be back in the area soon and will definitely be back at this house.

Great all around!

Angel was amazing, very kind and thoughtful throughout the entire process. The house was great and the decorations we a hit with my two young daughters. The backyard is huge and had everything you could want. If I could give bonuses stars I would!!

Such a perfect home for a family of all ages

I cannot begin to describe how perfect this home was for us. We had a group of adults, barely adults, teens, and children ages 6-8. The trampoline and playground in the back were perfect for the littles, the pool table was perfect for the bigs and adults. The home had everything you can think of and was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We were using this home for a Christmas celebration and dinner with our PHX family so the decor was absolutely perfect. We spent days in the backyard playing and nights around the firepit. The property manager was available for all questions during our stay and communicated instructions very clearly. This house really made the trip memorable and I know the kids had a great time here.

Could not have asked for a better experience. Our 3 yr old grandson referred to the house as the Party House. All the grandkids had a great time. House had everything you could need and such a beautiful property. This is where you want to stay.

Beautiful family home

We're a family of 6 traveling from California. This home fits our needs perfectly. It has everything a family with younger and older children would enjoy. It has a pool, playground, trampoline and grass area. The kitchen, bedroonms, bathrooms, living room and laundry room has everything you can possibly need. We've stayed in alot of rentals and this was one of my favorite. This home is truly a home away from home. The owners thought of EVERYTHING. Thank you so much for a great experience. It was well worth the 12 hours drive.
