This listing is for the entire townhome with balcony including personal gas barbeque, community heated swimming pool and hot tub with lounge areas and community fitness center (community center is available for larger gatherings for an additional cost). The home is 1500 square feet with high vaulted ceilings, fully stocked kitchen with appliances and a washer and dryer. All the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries for your entire group.

**STAIRS ARE REQUIRED TO ACCESS THE LIVING SPACES**

SLEEPING AREAS:
Master bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom
Guest bedroom with queen size bed
Guest bathroom in hallway

COMMON AREAS:
Kitchen with all your cooking needs, separate dining area, living room, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are also available. Fully stocked laundry room with supplies provided for your group.

(Children supplies such as high chair and pack n play are available for rent, please ask if needed. $5 per day per item, plus a $35 delivery charge. All fees subject to Arizona sales tax.)

PARKING:
There is off-street parking available for up to 2 cars garaged.
** No Trailer or RV Parking Accommodations Available**

PETS:
***Please let us know if you have pets, as dogs only are welcome to stay here with a max limit of 3 dogs. There is a per pet fee of $10 per day (plus tax). We do require that you have a place to keep your pet (i.e. dog crate, pet carrier, etc.) while you may be away from the house. We also need to know a few things about your pet (color, breed, weight, and age). Please let us know these details at booking time so that we are able to inform the community of your pet. Please note that guests are still responsible for picking up after their pet. Additional cleaning fees may be charged for pet messes left behind.

*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you are staying longer than a few days, you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your party as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc. I am happy to answer any questions you may have.

LOUD PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

Please only book this home if you will respect the neighborhood and its residents. Please limit noise when you are outside and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 9 AM.

If your trip is more adventure focused, the home is located near the Red Rock Mountain. Saguaro Lake is not far away as well. This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums, the Barrett Jackson auto show, the Arabian Horse Show, the Fiesta Bowl and all the other great area events

If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.

Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife).

*Noise ordinance set in place10pm-8am. Subject to additional fees if not followed.
*Thermostats may have temperature limit locks (i.e. 72 deg.) to prevent being set at temperatures that may cause catastrophic damage in high heats or to help control out of the ordinary utility costs throughout the year.
*We do NOT have any control over the pool, landscape or pest control vendors. They have access to the common grounds and services may occur during your stay. 

For your safety and the safety of the home, we have one external security cameras installed to monitor the front point of entry. Camera faces the front door.

The Neighborhood:
This is a very quiet neighborhood in the Ocotillo area. Multiple grocery stores are within 5-10 minutes driving, and numerous restaurants are nearby.

Getting Around:
We HIGHLY advise having a car if you stay with us, and we have off-street parking available for you. Phoenix is a SUPER spread out city (50+ miles in all directions), so while we do have public transportation near us, it can take a while to get to your destination by bus.
Feel free to ask about distances, and I`ll let you know average drive times.

We expect all our guests to not only treat our location with care and respect but to also leave the place in respectable condition for our cleaning team. We by no means expect you to fully clean the property before you depart and instead request that guests clean up their spills and messes as they occur and remove any extra garbage that may build up during the stay. Excessive amounts of garbage and extra messiness may require an additional cleaning charge for our cleaning

Winter break

The condo was centrally located in a beautiful, well taken care of gated community. The heated pool and hot tub were enjoyed by our daughter and grandsons. The inside was exactly as described and then some! Very comfortable and homey feel. It was stocked with all the comforts of home and necessities to get you started. Definitely will consider staying again!

Good location and value

Good location and communication, and easy check in and out. Use of the garage a nice plus, gated community and the grounds are well maintained. A few things to work on - it's a challenge to locate the unit, especially in the dark, carpet spots, broken blinds and the TV system is difficult to navigate.

My family had an enjoyable stay at this property. Unit was extremely clean and in a great location for our needs. The kitchen was generally well supplied but I do wish there were some big coffee mugs to enjoy a large morning cup.

Quick Stay

We had to find a location on short notice and this came up. We had stayed in this complex before so knew what to expect. The booking and check in process was great. The condo is well maintained and had everything that was needed. Appreciated being able to store our luggage in the garage until the unit was ready.

Perfect location in Chandler

This spacious, nicely appointed townhouse is located at the heart of Chandler near lots of shopping and restaurants. It was a bit hard to find in the complex...better directions once inside the gate would've been great. We appreciated the effort but the carpets were still damp when we arrived and my husband coughed all of that night. Simple things to address to make this a 5-star for others.

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay at The Bridges. It was a nice and clean area of town with everything you need within a couple of blocks. The unit was very well kept and looks like it has recently been updated. I would definitely recommend staying at this unit.

Perfect condo

Everything about the property was perfect! Super nice neighborhood with shops, restaurants and stores all less than half mile away! I somehow didn’t get or lost the check in info that was sent to m e however, I called and someone from the office sent me everything I needed within 5 minutes. They were very nice and prompt! The condo is in a gated community and the grounds and buildings are very well maintained! The condo itself was perfect for us- it was very clean, comfortable and homey feeling. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was well stocked for what we needed. Having an attached garage was an added bonus! We would definitely stay here again without hesitation!

The townhome was clean, centrally located and nicely furnished. However, overall I would rate the VRBO experience in the "needs improvement" category. The web site is difficult to navigate for a first time user. Where does it tell a user to click on the picture of the rental property to get information such as the access code for the gate or front door?? I found that only by chance. Four days prior to leaving home we still did not have the access codes or good directions to the property. I sent FOUR emails to the property owner "Jon"(whom I suspect is actually a property management company) and received no reply at all. We drove to town with only the address and access codes and a very vague Google map. All the advertisements indicated the townhome was in "Fox Crossing" but when we arrived at the property the sign said "The Bridges at Ocotillo." Finally in frustration we just tried the code in the entrance gate at The Bridges and the gate opened. Additionally there were perhaps 150 units in this development and to find our unit we just had to drive up and down narrow driveways. When we finally located the unit and got inside we found a phone number for "Jon" the property owner(which we had not been provided when we booked the unit) and we left a phone message voicing our frustrations. We never received a response. We believe we should have been given a phone number to contact the owner as soon as we made our first payment. As the other party in this Rental I would rate the customer service as far less than adequate. There should always be a method of calling and talking to a real person, as a final note once we found the property, (on our own since we had an in-accurate address) and gain access I called to express my disapointment in the level of service of the VRBO property management person/firm and left a message and NEVER even received a return call.
