Downtown Gilbert is less than a mile away, so you can take a short 15-minute walk or a quick 3-minute drive to experience all it has to offer. The living area had plenty of space for all of us, and we were able to seat 8 at the dining table. The fourth bedroom, if not used for sleeping, could be another small living area (has a sofabed and small desk; sofabed was comfortable for sleeping.) It wasn't totally clear from the photos, but there is a barn door which closes off this room from the kitchen so there is privacy when this room is used for sleeping.
