This place was the perfect location and layout for our bachelorette party. However, the air conditioning was broken. The owner offered to bring an AC unit after telling me the heat was too much for the air conditioner to handle. However, when the property manager dropped off some fans, she advised our group that she and the owner had been aware that the air conditioning didn’t work. The house reached 77 degrees at one point. This house was newly renovated and everything is very clean. We were there in early December, and the home was nicely decorated for Christmas which was a nice touch. A minor problem with the request for the pool to be heated, but the owner was responsive and the issue was resolved quickly. The pool time was awesome with the kids!
