Walk in through the brand new private courtyard and relax with a drink on the patio. This is a perfect unit for 4 people - 2 comfortable sized bedrooms. The Master has a king sized bed, its own en suite and a walk-in closet and Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed. There is a second bathroom off the hallway. There is a spacious kitchen with all the modern appliances you will need to cook up a storm. After dinner retire to the fully appointed lounge room to watch a movie or just sit in front of the fireplace. A fully screened in Arizona room is situated at the back of the house that looks out onto the backyard. You can also stoke up the fire pit on the back patio and take in the beautiful Arizona nights under the stars. The property is located 3/4 mile to the Fountain Park Fountain of the Gods & downtown Fountain Hills with great mountain views and fountain views. Met the owner when we got into town and he made us feel right at home right away. The duplex was freshly remodeled and clean. Nice Southwest touches throughout the house. Quiet neighborhood although the streets didn’t have any walking sidewalks. The house needed a few utensils that were lacking in the cooking area like a pizza cutter and spatulas but I would expect those to be there for the next guests as the owners get right on things when needed. It is located with easy access to activities, shopping, and restaurants. It was well equipped with everything you would need for eating in. All appliances worked flawlessly.
