Welcome to Sunshine Adventures located in sunny Gilbert Arizona. Our comfortable and updated home with 1 king bed , 3 queen beds, and a twin as well as a loft with a pull out bed provide plenty of space for everyone. Relax in the beautiful backyard with your very own private pool is perfect to entertain all ages for hours. Our pool is heated in the winter months and is cooled in the summer months at no extra charge! Year round swimming fun! As a guest you are also welcome to use any of the Power Ranch community amenities including parks, paths, fishing ponds, pools and a splash pad.

The Space: Our open and spacious home has four bedrooms (5th bed in loft) and 3 bathrooms and is unique and special with something for everyone! Swim in the privacy of the backyard in our heated pool or take a little bike ride on our beach cruisers down to the pond and try to catch a fish. The community has a fun splash pad as well as 2 community pools. Want to go shopping? Head on over to one of Arizonas best shopping areas at the San Tan Mall where you will find Costco and SAMs Club as well as a variety of other boutique type stores and amazing award winning restaurants. Whether you want to go hiking, float down the river, catch a movie, enjoy the amenities in the community, golf one of the world class courses or just relax in the backyard, your Sunshine Vacation will be filled with memories!

Guest Access: Guests will have access to our entire home and backyard with heated private pool. You will also have access to the community amenities including 2 community pools, a splash pad, many parks, volleyball courts, basketball courts, soccer fields, miles and miles of trails, a fishing pond and more!

The Neighborhood: Located in the beautiful Power Ranch community only 10 min from the Mesa Gateway airport and close to restaurants, freeways and the SanTan Village shopping mall.

Other Things to Note: Our home has a beautiful cozy backyard with an oversized sectional couch, fire pit, patio table, bbq and your very own private crystal clear pool to entertain everyone for hours. Inside you will find areas to appeal to everyone. The beautiful fully equipped kitchen with large family room that boasts a large oversized couch and a 65" 4K Smart TV, the perfect place to gather and relax. Off of the family room is a play room for the little ones. The small details make this home magical. The large spacious front living room has a couch area for curling up and reading a book or enjoying a drink while visiting. It also has a large dining table perfect for eating together or gathering around to play games. Upstairs is a loft with a hide a bed couch and a 58" TV. Bring your favorite game console to hook up or set the kids up for their own movie night. Upstairs you will also find 4 beautiful, relaxing bedrooms with premier bedding that will have you sinking into your sheets for a restful nights sleep. We have beds to sleep 12 (kids under 2 do not count towards the total count). Please note that parking is limited so if you are bringing a maximum number of people you must limit your cars to 3. There is no overnight street parking allowed in the community.

We love the little kids! The play house just off the family room is sure to entertain them for hours. We have two pack-n-plays for sleeping the little ones. We also have a booster seat and a highchair.

While there is plenty to entertain right here in our home, as our guest, you can take advantage of the Power Ranch Community amenities. There is a beautiful park just two houses away complete with a playground, picnic area and volleyball court. You will also find several other parks throughout the community each with their own unique discoveries. There are miles of trails throughout the community you can explore on our beach cruiser bikes found in the garage. Whether you are riding bikes, going for a run or a leisure walk, it is absolutely beautiful.

Still looking for more to do? Gilbert is laced with miles and miles of equestrian and cycling trails and five golf courses. Just down the street is Alta, an indoor climbing experience and complete gym. Spend the day shopping at San Tan Village where you will find a variety of shops. For some great night life head on over to Downtown Gilbert with over 30 restaurants, unique shops and a vibrant environment that is fun for everyone.
