We came down to attend a graduation at ASU and just explore the area. We had two kids and three adults in our party and the house had plenty of space. It was tooo cold to enjoy the pool but the yard was nice and there was a grapefruit tree in the back yard that had the best grapefruit! Communication with the owners was so simple and she was super responsive. The location was close to everything which made getting around super easy. ##### Nicole A. My mom and I welcomed family and friends to hang out and swim in the gorgeous pool, grilled out, and visited often on the patio. Dawn is excellent at communicating and answering all questions promptly, and we intend to return because she makes it feel like a home away from home. ##### Shannon B. Easy access around area. Like having my family stay together at 1 location. Sheets in one room were very stained, tub was dirty, things not wiped down, said to clean frig at checkout but food all in frig when arrived. Disappointed in cleanliness. Property was exactly as described. Dawn was wonderful to communicate with and we had everything we needed during our stay. The pool was warm and wonderful and the kids had a blast swimming! Traveled for a baseball tournament all over the area as well as MLB Spring Training games. House was even better than expected and had everything we could possibly want or need. The set up was perfect, and we loved the pool. It was 15-20 minutes to most fields and stadiums and it was the perfect base for our adventures. Close to Scottsdale, Phoenix, Chandler, Gilbert, et., all which have great sights to see, restaurants and activities. Proximity to the grocery store was also appreciated. Again, just a great house, pool, and comfortable home-away-from-home set up and an incredibly kind and communicative host. Would definitely stay here again and certainly recommend to anyone traveling to the area. ##### Kyle E.
