(This is not a complaint only a friendly observation). We appreciate the cleanliness of the home in the major areas. However, there were some minor areas that could have used some attention. Small collections of dirt/debris on the side of the sink in master bathroom and guest shower upstairs appeared to have dark stains on tile floor. The home could use a bit of an upgrade. And we had a minor issue with check in. However, The host were amazing at communication especially Veronica who made certain our check in went smoothly with no further issues.All in all it was a good stay. It is a beautiful location in Phoenix-we used to live close by! We loved the tennis courts and pool. The townhome was clean and comfortable. My favorite feature was the skylight in the master bath. We made use of the washer and dryer, but we had to buy laundry supplies-none were provided. We would definitely stay here again on future trips. There are a few issues when we arrived but the owner, Peter, was very responsive and took care of them right away. Very nice condo in a quiet neighborhood (almost too quiet). We were hoping to find some pickleball players on the courts but no one was around. Peter answered our questions immediately and was very nice to work with. We loved the area and felt very safe. The pool was so nice and warm as it was only about 70 degrees outside during our visit, I really appreciated being able to use the pool. There is also a small gym which I was not aware of at the pool area. That was a bonus. We chose this area to be between our two daughters. I wanted a safe place to walk our new grandson and a large enough dining area to have an early Thanksgiving this our children.
