The space Remodeled in 2021 and ready to be enjoyed for the winter season. This condo has all the comforts and a great deal of effort has been put in to make sure all that you need is here. Very large condo at over 1300 sq ft makes for plenty of space. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking in. Bedrooms have comfortable beds and big screen TV's. Master features lighted vanity mirror for getting ready in morning. Split floorplan for privacy as each side of condo has it's own bathroom. Spacious living area with access to the poolside covered patio. Washer dryer in unit. Board Games for the family. Covered parking garage and located in a lush gated community. Neighborhood is quiet and safe with stores nearby for convenience. The only negative was that the cleaning crew walked in while we were still in the unit. It was about 30 minutes before the required checkout time. I know many people checkout early but they didn't even knock - they just unlocked the door and walked in with all of us standing there. It's in a small gated condominium complex conveniently located near restaurants and a great grocery store. It was a short walk to this strip mall via a secured gate entry. The condo was clean, laid out nicely and well furnished. The kitchen was conveniently well stocked with essentials, Including a washer and dryer. There are 2 large bedroom areas that were separated by a very large living area. Each bedroom had it's own full bathroom. Great for privacy. The complex was beautifully landscaped. Even though we were very near the hot tub and pool area, it was secluded. The community is quiet with underground private parking. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at this home and would certainly consider staying there again. We were in AZ to visit family that had moved there. We enjoyed our stay very much. Had plenty of room to invite our family over for pizza. The photos are very accurate. We highly recommend this home if it meets your travel needs. ##### Karen M.
