There were plenty of pool towels for the grandgirls to swim every day, and boy oh boy did they! The included washer & dryer were fabulous, we used them daily. The location was great, just a minute or two off Hwy 60 in east Mesa - so getting anywhere was totally painless. If you need a fancy coffee fix, both Starbucks and Dutch Bros are just around the corner.The only noteworthy negative I can think of is not at all the fault of the property owners - and that's the taste of the city water from the sinks. It is truly awful, and the owner-provided Britta filter container in the refrigerator doesn't help. The owner left us some water bottles at check-in, and now I know why. If you need drinking water or want to make ice cubes (they provide the trays), stock up on water at Sam's Club or Costco beforehand. Knowing this, would I stay here again when we need three beds?
