No white-washed buildings or green lawns. In fact, 16th Street is a color wheel: Unabashedly bold and bawdy, moody and raw, and oddly comforting all at the same time." Getting Around: Uber and Lyft are around $10 for a ride to Downtown. Aside from Lyft and Uber, A rental car is simplest for getting around Phoenix. However, there is a bus stop less than half a mile away.
