We are locals living less than ten miles from this VRBO, but needed a place to stay while renovating our home. The house is large, lovely, and stocked with everything we could imagine. We are so grateful the owners are dog friendly and we could live comfortably for two weeks, getting our quiet Labrador out of the construction zone. We all enjoyed hanging out in the back yard, watching football on the outdoor television while she enjoyed wandering around the yard. The kitchen had everything and the living room was very comfortable. The small office space was comfortable and we telecommuted several days from the rental. This is a home where you just need your toothbrush to be at home. It started off a little rocky because the pool filter was clogged preventing it from being clean, but they had someone out right away for us to enjoy the pool. The house is close to EVERYTHING(!) and took advantage of the easy drive to SanTan Village as much as we could. The house was very clean and has all the necessary cookware needed. Being able to park inside the garage at the house was a HUGE bonus due to the 100 + degree temperatures every day. We also enjoyed the pool in the afternoons when the shadow of the house began to cover the pool water. The air-conditioning worked perfectly even during the near 110 degree temps in the afternoon. Everyone slept comfortably in the beds, and the furniture in the great room was extremely comfortable. I am glad we brought our own pillows because the decorative pillows on the bed in the master bedroom could not be used for sleeping. ##### Jeff F. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The decor was very nice and the pool was clean and inviting, just a little cold still. The only thing I would suggest would be to update the master bathroom shower as it does not reflect the quality of the rest of the home. I would also suggest a 12:00 checkout, as 10:00 is way too early. The only problem we did encounter was we opted for the late checkout, but the door code did not update to the new time, so when it was time to leave we could not lock the door, not wanting to leave this gorgeous home unlocked, my husband locked it from the inside and exited thru the garage……hopefully a simple fix for future renters! ##### tammy g. Enjoyed the tv in the outdoor patio. Easy access and checkout. Only two drawbacks were the pool was not heated and we couldn’t get the air conditioning to turn off.
