One of the en-suite showers was completely backed up. I notified the management company as soon as I found the problem and they asked me to send photos and physically check the drain. I took photos but refused to “play plumber” during my vacation at a rental property. I followed up via text and never heard anything further from the company about it getting fixed during our stay.
