Guest access Guests have access to the entire house as well as the community amenities during their stay. Guests access the home using their custom door code and key, which is provided 24 hours prior to check-in. PARKING: 2 vehicles max allowed • 1 vehicle can be parked in the designated covered parking space • 1 vehicle can be parked in an uncovered space in the parking lot. First come first serve. Uber and Lyft arrive within 3-8 minutes of placing a request for a ride. Most locations are a short 5 minute Uber/Lyft ride! Other things to note FAQ & RULES: OCCUPANCY: If you have additional unapproved guests, your reservation will be automatically canceled with no refund. The amount of guests you book for is the allowed amount at the property. Please be cognizant of the # of guests you enter while booking! It was absolutely perfect. Super clean, spacious, incredibly bright and fun. Ben was very responsive to our requests and the check in process couldn't have been easier. You're walking distance to the Cubs Spring Training Center and about a mile from several restaurants and shopping. This is a great place which I would recommend to others. ##### Chad H. First off, our host, Ben, was great. Very communicative, attentive, and accommodating. Property is newly remodeled, looks great. The place is stocked with games and entertainment. I didn't think much of the Pac-Man game on the wall when booking the place, but it turned out to be a pleasant outlet for me and the kids at night. The location is walking distance to The Cubs (though I was there to cheer on the White Sox!), spring training park and a short drive to the airport. Fair notice: if you're intrigued by the community's amenities, I'll just note that while there is a tennis court and pool, the court is in rough shape and the pool needed a lot of love when we were there. If you're not fussy, it'll do. We use them just fine. That's more of an HOA thing and not representative of the host in any way. It's close to ASU which has some cool restaurants, nightlife and the Riverwalk. But not so close that you're caught up in all the hustle and bustle of the campus.
