This exquisite 6,500 sf custom home in the Troon Area has been decorated with your premier vacation experience in mind. Engage in friendly competition on the newly built pickleball and basketball court, place your bet in the poker room, play pool, ping pong, or arcade game in the Game Room, lounge pool side under an umbrella or fire up the grill in the outdoor kitchen. Kids can enjoy the Rainbow playground and wide open grassy areas, take a trip down the waterslide or play their favorite arcade games inside. The kitchen is a chef's dream with professional appliances (including 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, gas range, prep sink) and full array of dishes, bake ware, small appliances and utensils needed by a discerning chef. Privately gated, this beautiful home offers every amenity from plush, pillow top beds with luxurious linens to a sparkling heated pool and spa (with waterslide, waterfall and diving board) and everything in between. There are two office areas for private work space when you need to be connected while away from home. The WiFi service is the fastest available from the service provider so you will never miss a beat. The expansive outdoor living area feels like your own private 5-star resort! We chose this beautiful property for our family spring break vacation (8 adults and 4 children ages 1-7). The home itself is spectacular and extremely well maintained. The property offered lots of things to do for our family - pickleball, basketball, children’s play structure, pool, outdoor fireplace and kitchen area, even ping pong - all well maintained. One of our best family vacations. The property is like staying at your own private resort. Pool with slide and hot tub fenced in, misters, playground, pickle ball/basketball, bags, etc. etc. The home is well maintained and very clean. It has everything you can think of with a large kitchen/pantry and two large refrigerators. The automatic ice machine was GREAT. The backyard is definitely its own resort and the location of the home is perfect. We spent the majority of our time in the spa/pool. There was plenty of space for 11 of us and we never felt like we were bumping into each other. I don’t even think most of us made it to the downstairs area which is a “home” by itself. Communication with CJ was great. He answered all of my text messages throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again ##### Dametra J. The pool was fabulous, and everyone enjoyed it, and the spa. The kids loved the games in the poker room, along with the pool table and Pac-Man on the lower level.
