Looking to enjoy a day or evening away for a while in style but still want to be relatively close to all that North Scottsdale has to offer, this is the place for you. Large front-loading washers are conveniently located close to the living areas. The impressive kitchen layout includes granite counter-tops; a fridge built into the wall; a full Imperial gas range, complete with traditional burners, a flat griddle and dual pullout ovens. As you enter Vista Bonita passing through its massive double thick entry doors, the high ceilings and spacious open floor plan are the prefect setting for a real indoor-outdoor Arizona holiday in the sun. With six bedrooms and four bathrooms, this property comfortably accommodates up to 17 people. All bedrooms and living areas are equipped with large, high-definition, flat-screen televisions. Our professional field staff will customize the bedrooms with furnishings and bedding to fit your specific needs. We can set up the bedrooms with king beds or with individual beds if your group composItion includes more singles. We provide all sporting equipment for the amenities at the property. The pool heating fee is reduced for date ranges greater than five (5) days based on a $500 weekly rate. Pool heating arrangements must be made at least three (3) days in advance of arrival. √ Pool heat is only available October through May annually. \* Sporting equipment is provided for all of the amenities at the property, (except for the swimming pool – see the specific note on pool toys below). The host reserves the right to cancel your booking if anyone in your group violates the established Safety and Security protocols by arriving in advance of receiving authorization to occupy the property. \* No parties, and no events, or gatherings which will have any potential to cause any type of neighborhood disturbance (NO EXCEPTIONS) and no pets are allowed. \* Quiet hours after 10:00 p.m. are strictly enforced to ensure that neighbors are able to enjoy their homes without disturbance. \* No Smoking allowed inside the property at any time including cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vaping etc. If anyone in your group violates the no smoking policy the host reserves the right to charge your account for $500 minimum to engage smoke remediation processes. \* Standard rates include up to 8 people 5 years of age and older. The house was huge and accommodated all seven of us very easily. The backyard area is amazing. The pool, the hot tub all the games that are on the patio. And the sunset deck was amazing. Jan 2, 2026 Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy Disappointing Stay – Nothing Like the PhotosUnfortunately, this vacation rental did not meet expectations in any way and was completely different from what was advertised in the photos. From the start, communication was a major issue—the host was essentially non-existent. When we did manage to reach them, they were extremely rude, disrespectful, and unwilling to help. They repeatedly told us to call a specific number for assistance, but that number did not exist, leaving us with zero support during our stay. We have rented several homes through VRBO and have always had positive experiences.The condition of the property was unacceptable. The carpets and walls were dirty and stained, and the entire place smelled terrible—old, musty, and unclean. The couch smelled strongly of body odor, and much of the furniture was ripped, worn out, and even rusting. The bedding was clearly old and uncomfortable, which made sleeping unpleasant.The kitchen was barely usable. The sink flooded, and since we couldn’t get in touch with anyone to fix it, we were left without a functioning kitchen sink for our stay. The tile floor was greasy and sticky, the cabinets were stuck shut with no hardware, and the kitchen countertop was cracked. The doors throughout the house were filthy, and the shower curtain poles repeatedly fell down.Safety was a serious concern, especially for families.
