Getting Around: Transportation options available in Phoenix include Van Buren/1st Ave, located 0.3 miles from the apartment. It is near Phoenix Sky Harbor International, located 5.9 miles or 12 minutes away, and Phoenix–Mesa Gateway Airport, located 32.7 miles or 44 minutes away. Other Things to Note: Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. For the next 48 hours I texted very polite & seemingly helpful people at Cozysuites (Owners? Managers?) who made all the right noises but never figured it out why the AC wouldn't cool even after the first 24 hours. Our last night there it finally got down to 80° but it was definitely not as comfortable as it could have been after a hot day. Each time we attempted to park in our assigned parking spot, it was also taken. I took a picture of the current spot and send it in. It was made very clear in the email that if we parked in someone else's spot we could be towe. We couldn't even park in general parking because the lot was full. While the condo was very clean and in a great location to our conference, dealing with it being warm and not having our assigned parking spot at the end of long days was super frustrating. ##### Upside P.
