Inside each condo you will have the comforts of home you deserve and a whole lot more! The Space: We have multiple CozySuites units in this building and each one is unique. Decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos This CozySuite is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver. Mar 22, 2025 Liked: Communication, location Disliked: Listing accuracy #### Great location I booked this property last-minute when the host of my original VRBO reservation canceled the reservation a week before my stay. While an extra 30 minutes away from the original property I had booked, this apartment is located right next to the Westgate Entertainment District, State Farm Stadium, Top Golf and more.This apartment was generally clean and the property management was responsive. Things that were disappointments but not horrible: the description said it could be different than pictured, but it was pretty different; the living room had only a couch for seating (we had 4 people); some towels were dirty but were quickly replaced; there was a coffee maker but only provided instant coffee and no mugs, but the mugs were quickly provided when requested. Furnishings were pretty minimal and it was clear things were put together quickly. It should also be noted that we were on the third floor and did not see any elevators.All in all, it was a good stay, and Cozy Suites was exceptionally helpful and accommodating when we had a mix-up in our reservation dates. ##### Jessie B.
