Inside each condo you will have the comforts of home you deserve and a whole lot more! The Space: This CozySuite is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. We have multiple CozySuites units in this building and each one is unique. Other Things to Note: Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver. We booked this trip to a football game at the Glendale Stadium & as far as location it is PERFECT it's only minutes from the Stadium to drive or you can walk to it & very central to the freeway. Also the pool/hot tub is awesome & our whole family enjoyed it. The condo is on the 2nd floor with no elevator (which I'm sure would be a problem if you were handicapped in anyway) while it was spacious the furnishings in the property are VERY basic kind of like a dorm room basic; the beds were a very cheap memory foam not comfortable at all, they only provide 1 bath towel for every guest staying which means u have to do laundry incessantly. We are definitely used to renting somewhere that looks & feels like a home not a dorm room. After going back & reading the other reviews I would have not rented the condo. ##### Family M. Not a fan. Not using Cozy Suites again and making sure friends and family don't either. Wouldn't want anyone to have the same experience. ##### Mai P. Had an enjoyable weekend with my son and found the unit to meet our needs quite well. A little tricky finding the unit initially, but was fine once you figured it out. Communication was prompt and complete with the property manager and much appreciated. There is not an assigned parking spot for the unit, so you had hunt for a spot occasionally to minimize the walk, particularly with luggage or groceries. Only criticism would be the unit is minimally appointed for it's size. A large living room with small couch and not really practical/comfortable furniture for relaxing; 3 spoons, 3 bowls, etc. Outside of that, would still recomment staying there again. Pool and club house were wonderful. The condo was a bit tricky to find as we came late the first night. We did have to reach out for checkin directions and to gain access to gate key, ect. The condo was well cleaned and the location was great for attending spring training games. ##### emily p.
