The reasons for a 3 star review are that I couldn’t get the thermostat to change and it was 80 degrees in the apartment. It wasn’t bed when I went to bed because the fans helped. The other reason is out of the control of the host. They were doing work on the freeway at night and it was loud and disturbing. I would stay again with Cozy Suites, the location was perfect for my stay and they were very helpful. ##### Susan H. Howevee very inconvenient for us as the listing advertised amenities that were not there. We based our booking on having certain things for our special needs children and they weren't there, which made our trip extremely challenging. Other than that, and not enough towels, stay was ok.
