Our charming, open-concept home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood on a spacious inner corner lot, offering a large, private backyard. The tall brick wall surrounding the yard ensures plenty of seclusion. There's even a large side lot with an RV gate, making it perfect for extra vehicles or toys! The backyard is your own personal paradise, complete with a fun swimming pool with a deeper end for cannonballs and pool games. Relax in the deck chairs, take shade under the umbrella, and enjoy pool toys for endless fun. The large covered patio features a comfy sectional couch, a 6-seat bar-height table with a propane fireplace at its center, and an outdoor TV for entertainment. The room with the bunk beds is a hideaway room, which is really the only thing I'd be aware of if your group is all adults; it worked out just fine for us, just giving a warning to know if the people in your group are comfortable with that!We could not get the air hockey table to work, but all other electronics worked great once you figure out the remote situation! ##### Marisaa V. Kim was very responsive in answering questions. The house is clean and fit our families perfectly. The kitchen had all the basics we needed. The outdoor living space looked really fun, although we didn’t have much time to enjoy. Kim kept us informed of things to expect and was very communicative and reasonable.
