Splash into the private pool by day and gather around the glowing fire-pit at night. Outdoors: Backyard pool, loungers, BBQ grill and seating for sunset dinners. Indoors: 3 comfy bedrooms, fast Wi-Fi, fully stocked kitchen and a dedicated workspace. Families are welcome—there’s a crib, board games and plenty of space to play. Driveway parking is free. \*\*The pool is not heated at this time\*\* Car rental available! Please inquire if you would like pricing and options. We can leave at the airports or have ready and waiting at the house for you when you arrive. We'll make it EASY for you! ✓ NoiseAware noise monitoring is installed both inside and outside the property. One daughter and granddaughter stayed with me at the Peoria house. We absolutely loved the layout of the house, the furnishings and we all slept well. The beds were very comfortable. The best part of the house was the back porch and the pool. We enjoyed sitting out there every day. We did not use the pool except to sit with our feet in it because being October the water was cold. Kitchen was well furnished and we will certainly rent again when we visit our Arizona family. A special thanks to our property manager Lori who stayed in contact with us from day one. ##### Judy B.
