BEDS. Most important deal maker or breaker for us! On the newer side. Very comfortable with nice sheets and a range of pillows. Very clean space. Host was very attentive. The rental came with the owners covered parking spot. Beware some rentals in this complex do not, leaving renters to fight for open spaces sometimes far from the rental. The only negative is the unit is next to VanBuren Street so there is some road noise. However, the comfortable environment of the condo, well stocked kitchen, comfortable couches, and close access to clubhouse amenities and pool area are a major plus. Within walking distance to ASU Baseball stadium and excellent walking trails across the street from the complex. Nice pool area with excellent large hot jacuzzi. ##### Karynne J.
