This single story, 1871 sq ft. home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Fully renovated in 2024, this brand new home has been thoughtfully set up with guests’ comfort in mind! Step inside to discover an open-concept living space adorned with cozy furnishings and warm accents that exude an inviting atmosphere. Enjoy conversations late into the night by the electric fireplace, or sit back and watch your favorite movies in one of the two living rooms. The main living room, dining area and kitchen all flow together, creating the perfect space for the whole group to gather together for lasting memories. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring high-end appliances and ample space for entertaining. Huge island for food prep, bar seating, gas stove, and all the right amenities provided to make your stay effortless and easy! Venture outside to your private backyard paradise, where you can unwind in the sparkling pool or soak in the soothing hot tub under the starry desert sky. Grill your favorite foods, enjoy outdoor dining and then gather around the fire table for cozy evenings filled with laughter and conversation. Roasting forks provided for all the s’mores lovers out there! Huge primary bedroom with en suite bathroom features a king bed, walk-in closet and extra private access to the backyard. The other two bedrooms feature a queen bed and queen-over-queen bunk beds. All bedrooms feature premium linens, comfy beds, and other extra touches with guests in mind including white noise machines and smart TV’s. Both bathrooms come fully stocked with tons of amenities to make your stay oh-so easy! Fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, quality toilet paper, Qtips, cotton balls, tissues, make up wipes, cleaning supplies, and more. Full laundry room available for guests, with laundry tabs, dryer sheets and more provided. Guests are welcome to park in the 2-car garage during their stay using keypad access. There is limited parking in front of the house, but the property can accommodate up to 6 vehicles (2 in the garage, 2 on the driveway, and 2 on the street.) The house is situated on a busy street that leads you right into the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. There is some street noise that is slightly audible from inside the house. The bedrooms are all on the back of the house though so street noise is extremely minimal from the bedrooms, and white noise machines are provided for guests to wash out any noises.. There is a Guest Handbook provided for guests inside the house with lots of helpful information including recommendations for favorite local attractions and restaurants in the area. Your host is a local resident with full knowledge of the property, the local area, and is readily available during your stay to address questions in a timely manner. Fine print: \*Pool Heat\* The pool can be heated for an additional charge of $100 per day for the duration of your stay. That cost just covers the extra utilities required to heat this pool. The heat fee would be charged separately after your booking is secured. Must be requested & paid for at least 2 days in advance of your arrival. No check-in's or check-out's allowed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day. If the cleaning of the house after a guest checks out takes more than 5-hours, the guest will be charged accordingly for the excess. We have a strict no smoking, no vaping, no illegal drugs policy at the property. No unauthorized early check-ins. No bag drops prior to check in. Unauthorized late check outs will be charged at a rate of $300 per hour. Guests cannot receive mail / packages here through the US postal service. Video disclosure: There are 2 video surveillance cameras on the property for the security of our guests. This is by no way an intrusion on our guests, but rather an extra level of protection and security for protection. One camera is located outside the front door, and the other overlooks the driveway. The backyard is awesome - including the giant hot tub! The backyard had everything we needed - as did the kitchen which was very well stocked. As noted in the listing, the house is on a busier street with some noise, but the backyard landscaping provided total privacy. Inside the house was not noisy. Laura was an excellent host - super responsive and was kindly able to accomodate a late check out for us. ##### Rebecca P. It was a bit of a last-minute booking and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the home. The amenities were exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. Having the option of heating the pool was wonderful as it was still cool weather. We especially loved the surprise and delights like the arcade game and lawn games. We would definitely book again and highly recommend this gem in the heart of Scottsdale! ##### Debbie E. The property was well maintained, clean, had nice amenities, and was in close proximity to local restaurants/shops. The backyard was a nice way to finish out days - whether you are looking to grill, relax in the hot tub, or get a few laps in swimming, you will enjoy it! The entrance is off the main road, so you may have to do a u-turn at the intersection depending on what way you enter the road leading to the property, but it wasn’t too challenging even with larger SUVs. Laura was a kind host, and proactive in her communications. The main bedroom is huge - you won’t be disappointed! Overall, I would certainly recommend the “Sun Soaked Oasis” for family vacations in Scottsdale! ##### Peter W. The place clean and perfect for our group of six. Host has thought through small items travelers may need while staying but can’t bring with them from kitchen items to laundry. I have to say it was the cleanest vacation rental I have ever stayed in. Laura's communication was very kind and accommodating. My SO and I came to Scottsdale for a quick trip to escape the Michigan cold and found this property and all I can say is wow! A beautiful home, everything new, luxury appointments… Centrally located, less than five minutes to the nearest public golf course . It is located on a busy street but we barely heard anything. We enjoyed ourselves so much. Would definitely stay again and am very pleased to suggest/recommend this property. ##### Karla W.
