Pam & Bruce were helpful in guiding us toward places to visit in the area. The entry door lock was very difficult to work with. The lav and kitchen sink drains were very slow and plugged up. This was a great location when flying in and out of Mesa Gateway airport and just for getting around the metro area. We enjoyed the vibe of downtown Gilbert restaurants and bars that were a quick drive away and found plenty of options for shopping and restaurants near the property. The accommodations were comfortable and we enjoyed the community pools provided at the Club House. A few minor things kept it from being a 5 star rating! We had some issues on our trip and she was very accommodating. Tons of space to relax and very nice neighborhood . Very nicely decorated and well kept. Pam even had a welcome basket with snacks! We didn't take full advantage of some of the amenities because of a busy schedule but the pool looked amazing. This place had everything to have to have the comforts of home on vacation and would be great for an extended stay. Thanks for having us Pam.
