Inside each condo you will have the comforts of home you deserve and a whole lot more! The Space: We have multiple CozySuites units in this building and each one is unique. Decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos This CozySuite is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Other Things to Note: Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver. As per the listing, this property is not 2 minutes from State Farm Stadium, it is 30 minute walk to the stadium and 15-20 min walk to most restaurants. Otherwise as advertised. Floors could have been cleaner, walk around in your socks for an hour and they looked like you were walking around outside. The rest of the place was neat and tidy. ##### Harvey V.
