It acts like a hotel in the sense that all bedrooms are separate from the kitchen and living room and can only be accessed by going outside. Wasn't really an issue for us and with adult groups could actually be ideal. One oddity is that the nicest bathroom with the only tub is in the kitchen/living room section. My complaints are with Vacasa. Storm blew through and knocked out use of the pool for various reasons early in our stay. Matter was not addressed despite numerous efforts with Vacasa. Not sure why they are taking the owners money as they clearly didn't seem concerned to deal with the issues. They did refund me a small amount after I had to contact them a number of times. We were given the wrong code and our checkin was delayed 90 minutes. The cost and caliber of this property warrants a more accommodation. Lots of space, minimal clutter, privacy. The three bedrooms are identical and spacious. The kitchen is very well equipped. We stayed in this home for a spring golf trip and it was perfect for our needs. Everything looks brand new and the location was convenient to golf and the 101\. The pool was very refreshing after a day on the course and there was plenty of room to hang out on the couch and relax in front of the TV. Would definitely stay again. ##### Michael A. It was very nice that shampoo, conditioner and soap was provided in the bathrooms and kitchen. There was plenty of towels as well as utensils and plates. The house was very clean and it was really nice that each room was separate from each other and the other side of the house. We really enjoyed our stay and the property management company responded very quickly with any questions. One thing to note is that it was a bit of a drive from most of the places we went in Scottsdale. However, we enjoyed the quite and peacefulness of the location. We would stay again. ##### Karen O.
