I had to work one day and the office was great and WiFi worked great for video meetings! Our only issue we had was that the hot water heater wasn’t working when we arrived, and it took 4 days for maintenance to come fix it. Once it was fixed there was a string sulfur smell that filled the house when we ran hot water in the kitchen. We would come back again and recommend! My complaints are with Vacasa. Storm blew through and knocked out use of the pool for various reasons early in our stay. Matter was not addressed despite numerous efforts with Vacasa. Not sure why they are taking the owners money as they clearly didn't seem concerned to deal with the issues. They did refund me a small amount after I had to contact them a number of times. Sep 4, 2024 #### Clean but had some hiccups Clean but air-conditioning did not work properly in third bedroom. TV didn’t work properly in second bedroom. Door code did not work when we got there. Pool vacuum wasn’t working so lots of bugs in the pool. However, the management company Vacasa would not allow an early checkin even though the mustiness of the house as we walked in was a sign that the cleaning had not been done that day and we could have gone in earlier. We were given the wrong code and our checkin was delayed 90 minutes. The cost and caliber of this property warrants a more accommodation. The house was spotless. The beds were comfy. Each room has an on-suite. They provided plenty essentials for a single couple. The pool is perfectly situated and private.
