HI Risa,Thank you for the review. We do have staff in the office from 10am to 6pm and we have a 24 hour phone line for our guests, if they need any assistance, sorry we didn't see you stop by the office, and we are glad everything else was clean and comfortable for you.

Thanks for your input. We will definitely look into all your comments. We are sorry you felt our unique décor was a jumbled and tacky. We must not be your style . As for coffee, we provide SMEG kettles and pour over service in every room as well as locally roasted fresh ground custom blended coffee and instructions on how to do pour over service in your room. We also provide complimentary bottles of Pellegrino and Smart water daily in every room. We would have liked to make your experience better but since you didn't communicate until your departure, it doesn't give us the opportunity to find a way to change or correct your concerns. We hope you have better travels wherever else you journey takes you.

You must not be aware, but Virtu Honest Craft is not under our management so we cannot answer to your experience with them or any other places you go to besides the Bespoke Inn. So you may want to post your negative review on their website to let them work on improving their service. Meanwhile, we at the Bespoke Inn will continue to provide our guests with a unique experience in our well appointed rooms and great location.

Thank you for the OKAY review. We apologize if you felt the bad was sunk in, it is less then 1 year old and is the Pottery Barn Heavenly bed. We will of course look into that. Most of our guest s including form that room have told us it is one the best beds they have slept on. The Bespoke Inn offers free parking for our guest and most appreciate not having an additional fee for the spaces we offer. We have 14 parking spaces for our 10 room in and the parking lots are attached to the property so we apologize if the instructions in the email as well as the directions given to you over the phone when you called were confusing again, most of our guests compliment us on the ease they have in getting parked and finding their room. We wish you luck in your future travels and that you have great experiences in the future.

Hi anonymous, Sorry you didn't communicate with us while you were here. There is a large sign at the office door specifically for after hour arrival with the 24 hour access phone number for our guests to reach us if they have not received their information. Since you booked on a third party site, it can be confusing where your email goes since it has to go through the booking agency and not to your direct email. We are a 10 room boutique hotel with a more intimate setting and not so high strung, that is why we feel quite comfortable with leaving notes for our selected guests and have never had a problem with someone else pretending to be another guests, so rest assured, as you found out from experience, that was not a problem. We hope if you choose to return you communicate with us directly at the number provided to give you the best information as possible.
