Benji’s Bungalow is conveniently and centrally located to many attractions like Spring Training facilities, Old Town Scottsdale, Mill Ave, Tempe Marketplace, and much more. Our 1,777 sq. ft 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home was renovated inside and out featuring an entirely new backyard and thoughtful, contemporary design updates throughout the house. It is the perfect place to experience all parts of the valley. We invite you to enjoy our home as much as we do. Come relax, unwind, and take dip in our newly renovated pool that can be heated or cooled upon request!

Our backyard is one of our favorite features of Benji’s Bungalow. It’s perfect for families & entertaining as it features; a smart TV, BBQ grill, patio bistro lights, evening pool ambiance lighting, outdoor pool shower, heated/AC pool (**UPON REQUEST and for an additional fee**), brand new putting green, and comfortable/updated patio furniture. It’s a perfect oasis for guests to unplug, recharge, and enjoy peace and quiet. The outdoor dining table sits 8. Propane for the BBQ as well as putting sticks/golf balls are provided!

// THE POOL //
Our pool has an electric heat pump to ensure guests can enjoy a heated or cooled pool based on the time of year. If you are interested in heating or cooling, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance, otherwise we can’t ensure the pool will have enough time to adjust for your desired temperature. Our rates for heating/cooling are as follows:

- 3 or less days: Flat fee of $60
- 4 or more days: $15/day   

When heating, we set the pool temperature to 85 degrees. However, if the outdoor ambient temperature decreases for any reason, the pool temperature may decrease as well (i.e. winter months can be challenging to regulate temperature, especially during the evening).

**PLEASE NOTE**: Our pool is NOT child proof. It ranges from ~3-5 feet with no pool gate to surround the perimeter. By staying at Benji's Bungalow, you are assuming full responsibility for any person(s) using the pool. Additionally, sliding doors to the backyard/pool do not have child proof locks. Please be aware and careful of any children staying at the home.

// OTHER POOL NOTES //

** Pool vacuum and chlorine shark should not be removed or adjusted - both are imperative to keeping the pool clean! **

** Our pool is professionally cleaned every Tuesday morning (usually between 5AM-8AM). Cleaners will access the pool via the side gate **

No glass in or around the pool as this is a major safety hazard for guests should glass get into the pool. We have tumblers and plastic glassware you are welcome to use! Please let us know of any incidents ASAP so we can ensure the safety of all our guests. Costs to repair will be passed along.

When using the outdoor shower (especially during summer months), allow water to run for several cycles until temperature is luke-warm. Outdoor pipes tend to become very hot in the Arizona sun which can cause the water to be also very hot. The outdoor shower uses a timed valve system connected to the cold water line and the temperature cannot be adjusted (don't worry, the outdoor shower feels great in the Spring/Summer/Fall months).

// SECURITY CAMERAS //

In addition to the Ring doorbell, there is a security camera on the West side of the home that points towards the front of the home's driveway to monitor gate access as a security precaution only. There are no cameras inside the house or fully into the backyard.

// ADDITIONAL NOTES //

1) Quiet hours are 11PM- 7AM. This is a quiet neighborhood, please respect the neighbors and keep noise at a minimal level in the evenings. This is our home away from home, our neighbors are very important to us.

2) Our house is NOT child proof. We love kids, and our house welcomes your whole family, but keep in mind, there are no child-proof locks, pool safety gates, pool floaties, etc. and Benji’s Bungalow may not be a great fit for small children. Please bring what you need to accommodate your little ones and keep them safe!
