This magnificent multi-million dollar estate is situated on an acre lot on the south side of Camelback Mountain. It is adjacent to the world famous Royal Palms Resort and on the south side of Camelback Mountain. Look at the pictures as the interior design is art! Wine cave, 9 foot chair great for taking pictures, private master 2nd Hot Tub, Casita, Cabana. 500K in lighting alone! Zillow has this home valued at 6M, but there has been 1M put into immaculate interior design that Zillow is not aware of. This home is fantastic for family reunions, golf groups, bachelorette hosting, etc (can't do weddings or wedding receptions). It is five minutes from Fashion Square and five minutes from the Biltmore Mall. Most of the best restaurants in the Valley are within 10 minutes! This fully furnished rental features an incredible custom built primary home, a fantastic separate guest house and a third private pool house. There were 3 other couples staying with us and there really was never a reason to leave the property, because it has everything. The grounds and pool are beautiful and the house is incredible. The description of close proximity to everything in Scottsdale was spot on. Everything was clean and every pantry and fridge was already stocked with tons of food and drinks, so I suggest taking an inventory in the house before you head to the store for provisions. If we had any questions, Tom was super responsive and very helpful. When one of my friends lost his glasses they mailed them directly. Thank you again for a great trip! ##### Tyler K. However, home definitely shows signs of wear and is not well lit at night. Surprised to see cat litter in my closet when it’s supposed to be a pet-free home. Pillows smelled like smoke and smoke detectors were left unconnected. However, property manager was responsive when I pointed these things out. Just surprised that there was food left in the fridge when I arrived, so cleaning crew did a minimal job to say the least.
