This comfortable and amazing, fully furnished three bedroom and two bathroom home is located in the quiet Palm Valley neighborhood. There is a community park directly across the street from the home. Walking paths surround the park, with play ground and basketball court. Also adjacent from the park field is a wonderful landscaped neighborhood trail for your walking enjoyment. The home is situated only blocks from the Wigwam Golf Resort, Reds and Litchfield fine dining restaurant. Across from Wigwam resort offers papa Pauls Italian restaurant with wood fire pizza, sports bars and Mexican cuisine. Other things near by: 10 min to peoria ballpark and -20 min to Phoenix, Glendale Casino, Top Golf and Cardinal stadium. Spring training in Peoria Sports Complex, Several restaurants, breweries and shopping nearby as well. The living room has a large entertainment center with surround sound, a 65 inch smart TV with a large selection of channels for your viewing pleasure. There are leather, reclining sofas for you to relax and a workstation with high-speed Internet and stereo with built in speakers inside and outside for your listening enjoyment. The fully equipped kitchen features, newer stainless steel appliances, beautiful island with breakfast bar . Everything you need at an arms length away. The master bedroom has a 70 inch TV. Walk in bathroom and large walk-in closet. A beautiful jetted soaker bath tub with walk-in shower, as well as double sinks and separate toilet area. The two guest rooms are down the hall . First guest bedroom offers a TV with queen size bed and second bedroom has two twin beds. A bathroom is adjacent from both guest rooms for convenience. Outside is an entertainer‘s delight. Beautifully landscaped yard with a pebble tech heated pool, mood lighting and waterfall feature. Volleyball net and basketball hoop as well for an afternoon of fun. Adjacent to the grill is a dining area that seats six and another seating area that seats four. The outdoor kitchen offers a built-in fridge, bar top and barbecue with light. At the end of the pool there is two chase lounges with umbrella. There are also ceiling speakers with fans in the covered patio area. Enjoy your music from the homes stereo while you enjoy the outdoors with friends and family. The two car garage has an Apoxy floors, water softener, extra cabinet, work bench area and door to exterior side. (Upon request we do charge $70 per day for heated pool usage - September 1st-June) this is a normal charge as gas is ridiculously expensive. This request can be made through private messaging the owner. \*\*Please note: This pre-paid pool heating is due before arrival. We work hard at providing a wonderful experience for our guests. The home is put first with top cleaning service as well as yard and pool care weekly. So thank you for all the great reviews! Our positive 5 star ratings and Premier Host status means a lot. North facing back yard, so you get sun most of the day, and it’s very private. House itself is a decent size for a family of 4, gets tighter beyond that. Located in a quiet neighborhood, but close to all amenities. A bit of a hike from the airport or big sport venues, but just plan accordingly.Communication with the owner was excellent. Only complaint (and strictly a personal preference) is the beds are soft. Would definitely stay here again. ##### Jason H. Great back yard with pool. (thought 50.00 a day to heat the pool was way too much and a big negative). Beds were very comfortable. Located across from park and near very nice walking paths. The house was in a beautiful neighborhood and we enjoyed every second of our visit. It was clean and beds/pillows were extremely comfortable. The house was not cluttered which made it very easy to make sure we had everything when we packed to leave. Check in was easy and loved that we could park in the garage. Didn’t want to leave. This was the perfect house for us visiting for the Final 4! It was the cleanest home we have ever stayed in and was fully loaded with all of the supplies we could need. The beds were comfortable, towels were fluffy and soft, and the couch was perfect. I wanted to take the entire backyard home with me. The location was great (once we found an alternative route from the interstate) with lots of restaurants and stores close by. We would definitely stay here again! ##### Morgan S. Great Location. We needed a place close to the Goodyear Ballpark and this house fit the bill for us. It was just my wife and I and our oldest child. The amount of bedrooms and bathrooms worked really well for us. There are plenty of places to relax and to sit and eat. The outside was well equipped with outdoor furniture, umbrellas, grill and heated pool. Karrie was very quick to answer any questions we had. Usually within 5 minutes. Beautiful pool and backyard with all the amenities we needed. Comfy beds and great location for exploring the area. Our host, Karrie, was amazing and allowed us to stay a little longer for checkout with a later flight. Totally recommend for anyone coming to this area. We recommend going to the rodeo in Cave creek (45 min away) and having a stay vacation at the Scottsdale princess (45 min away). We also did the Victory hike (20 minutes away). A great getaway for girls or family - the pool is amazing in the backyard. Loved our stay! ##### Mari F. Lots of towels and such. Everything was super clean and having a park and green Space next door is perfect. Restaurants and stores very close. Not far from State Farm Stadium. It has very comfortable beds, fluffy soft towels and it was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen is very well appointed, complete with gas stove, reverse osmosis drinking water system, a full spice rack, and ample glass/plastic ware ensuring drinks around the pool can be safely consumed. The host has thought of the little things too, like a few bottled waters in the fridge on arrival, enough coffee pods to get us started, sunscreen was available and kept conveniently beside the pool towels. The outdoor cooking area beside the pool is nicely laid out and functional for those days when we did not want to cook inside. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area. ##### Alison S.
