Came to Phoenix for a concert mid week. Found this property and based on the reviews and pictures, decided this would work for our party.First, let me say we did not really encounter any problems with our stay at the property. The property is pretty clean and the location is ok.Be aware the neighborhood is an older Phoenix area neighborhood in north valley. The house was built in the mid 70’s. The neighborhood does show its signs of wear and tear but overall I believe it to be safe. The house is a single-level brick home, and the bedrooms are typical of that style (there are 3). Also be aware there is no garage (it was converted long ago to an extra room where the billiard and ping pong tables are.) So if you are there during the hot months and you have a rental car, you’ll want to get a windshield shade. I didn’t notice this about the property so that is my fault. The pool is pretty clean but when I checked the water temp at 9am it was fairly warm. Keep this in mind when planning your swimming activities. There looks to be an aeration pump but not sure it works as intended to keep the water circulating and cool it down. Just something to consider - we didn’t expect to use the pool while we were there, it was just an added bonus. There were a few minor issues we discovered but we communicated them to the owner and she plans to address them so no need to bring them to light here. All in all, I would recommend this property.
