This Second Story Condo, is a bright and roomy split floor plan with a nice balcony and view of one of the pools. We are located in a Quiet Gated Community. Once you enter and go up the stairs the Primary bedroom and En suite is on the right side and the additional two bedrooms and additional bath on the other side with a roomy living room and kitchen in the middle. We have a 65" Smart TV in the living room, a 55" Smart TV in the Primary bedroom and 50" TV's in the other 2 Bedrooms. There is High Speed Internet throughout the house and cable TV in the Living Room. We offer Garage Parking for 1 Car plus free onsite parking if you have a second car. We are located less than one mile from Old town Scottsdale and Fashion Square Mall. We are 1/2 Mile from Giants Scottsdale Stadium, 11 miles from the Diamond Backs Chase Field, 12 Miles from TCP Scottsdale and 12 miles from West World for Barrett Jackson!! Other golfing is everywhere. It’s just minutes to Old Town, a short drive to Westworld and Taliesin, and a nice walk to see the SF Giants spring training games. The condo is located in a quiet and secure location near supermarkets and pharmacies as needed. Brian was an excellent host and takes pride in his home away from home. We each had our own bedroom with large televisions and the two bathrooms were more than adequate. There was a really nice patio and the pool was right below the unit. The kitchen and living room were perfect for us to prepare breakfast each day and a nice dinner one evening. Restaurants are fairly close by and it’s a short drive to Old Town Scottsdale. We hiked at the Reserve which was only about a 20 minute drive. We felt very safe in this unit and had excellent communication with the owner. Spent Spring Break bounding around AZ doing site seeing and settled in Scottsdale at Brian's place to cap off the trip. It's in a gated community minutes away from shopping, coffee (Starbucks and DD), groceries and old town Scottsdale. It was between Phoenix and Tempe - we did a couple college tours while we were in town. Loved the layout - 3 bedrooms so the teens got their own rooms and shared a bathroom which was great. The place is very clean and tidy with updated appliances and smart TV's everywhere. There are even some board games to play as a family... we were lucky enough to get our kids away from their phones long enough :) Weather was a bit cool the first day, but we did hit the pool which is viewable from the balcony. Just a note - this is a single level condo on the second floor. We had no issues, but there are stairs to the second floor. Brian was great and had us all setup when we checked in and was available throughout our stay to answer questions or just check in to see how we're doing.
