First, in the garage there was a small step up that was not very visible. Unfortunately, it ended up in a fall and emergency room visit. Fortunately, Dylan from your management company was at the house when it happened and marked the ledge with blue tape. Something should done to permanently mark this area, to avoid future incidents. Second, we provided our drivers licenses to you for the security gate. We had multiple issues at the gate and one night the only reason we were allowed in was because our friend that was with us is a resident of FOS.
