We are located in North Scottsdale, Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is a 20 minute drive. With 360 days of sunshine, low humidity and very little rainfall, this is the perfect place to vacation. Conveniently located, this 2340 square foot vacation rental property has all the comforts of home while you are enjoying the desert climate. This special home can accommodate eight guests. The house is bright, airy and spacious. This newly decorated house has 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths with granite top vanities, and a huge 16 X 34 foot free form heated pool. The spacious and beautiful kitchen with its granite counter tops and large center island with bar stools, is equipped for all your cooking needs. The spacious, secluded backyard has a very large patio and a barbecue. Our citrus trees are bound to please you. You’ll enjoy the pool lighting for nighttime swimming and our indoor/outdoor sound system for music to swim by, read by or just for your relaxing pleasure. As you walk through our front door, you will see our large dining room, meant to accommodate eight guests and our dinette area with seating for four. Our kitchen and family room with an entertainment center is an open concept layout which gives an airy feeling. Beyond the large sliding doors is the large patio, barbecue area, pool and yard. On one side of the house is the master bedroom with a walk in closet and an en suite bathroom with its dual sinks, granite counters and huge walk in shower with safety grab bars. Also in the master bedroom suite, is a desk with Internet connection, wifi plus a 4 in 1 printer/copier/fax/scanner to keep in touch with your office. There is a large laundry room on this side of the house as well. On the other side of the house, you will enjoy three guest bedrooms and 2 guest bathrooms with granite counters and a tub/shower combination and safety grab bars, and one with a stall shower. We also provide two adults bicycles and helmets plus a large selection of board games for adults and children, as well as toys, DVDs and music CDs. Amenities Single family home with a completely private patio and yard, and a huge 16 X 34 foot free form heated pool with a child safety gate, patio furniture, sitting area, pool lounge chairs, outside lighting for night swimming and an indoor/outdoor sound system for musical entertainment. There is central air conditioning and heating throughout. All furniture, towels, bedding etc. are brand new. Cable TV & Internet service, wifi, local phone service, computer hookup, fax machine, photocopy and scanner. Our home office is perfect for the professional businessman who still wants to stay in touch. The master suite with 2 queen beds, night table, seating area, desk with Internet connection, wifi 4 in 1 printer/photocopier/fax/scanner, flat screen TV, Blueray DVD player, en suite bathroom with dual sinks, huge shower with safety grab bars and shower chair, and walk in closet with drawer space. We supply a dispenser for body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower area. Two guest bedrooms each have 2 double beds, night table, flat screen TV, drawer space in the closet, and large closets. There is a pack n’ play crib for an infant. The third guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, night table, flat screen TV, drawer space in closet and large closets. Each bedroom is equipped with telephone and alarm clock, flat screen TV, lamps and ceiling fan lights. Each bathroom is equipped with dispensers for body wash, shampoo and conditioner and are equipped with safety grab bars. Fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board and all detergent supplies. The family room is beautifully decorated with 2 sofas, armchair, glass top coffee table and end tables with lamps. This room also has a 50” flat screen TV, with a Blueray DVD player and an indoor/outdoor sound system. We have a library of books, CDs, DVDs and board games for your enjoyment. The kitchen has a new refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, electric stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher and cooking utensils. The high end cabinetry is complemented by granite counter tops, double stainless steel sinks and a sink disposal system. There are 4 bar stools on the large center island. The dinette has a glass top table with seating for 4\. The house is equipped with plenty of linens, pillows, bathroom towels and pool towels for your convenience. On site parking in the driveway can accommodate up to 2 vehicles. Please note that motor homes, campers, motorcycles and trucks are not allowed as per HOA rules. There are 2 adult bicycles and helmets for your riding pleasure. This house is close to houses of worship, shopping and restaurants. There are many public golf courses in the area as well as many nature sights. The house was beautiful and very clean. The back yard was stunning with fruit trees and a beautiful pool. The beds were super comfortable and there was a rain down shower head in the master bathroom that was super enjoyable. House came along with everything we needed towels and supplies . I unfortunately locked myself out of the house shortly after arrival but Fay and the property manager were very responsive and got us into the house within the hour. We were 3 couples that stayed from Feb 4 to Mar 8, 2019\. No problem finding the house. It was very spacious and decorated very nicely. We would have liked to have bigger beds, the couple that took the master, with 2 queen beds, were used to sleeping in a queen size. The other 2 couples were used to king size and each had a bedroom with 2 double beds so we each had our own bed. The pool was very nice and the water was warm....however, AZ was having a colder than normal February so we were not able to use the pool until it warmed up for about a week and a half towards the end of our stay. There were 2 grapefruit trees and the fruit was very good. The biggest problem we had was trying to get hot water for taking showers and washing dishes. The hot water heater leaked and I think it was about to quit working. We had to run water for a LONG time before it got hot. I hope they change out the water heater for a much larger capacity one. There are so many things to do while staying in Scottsdale. The big parade, Prada Del Sol, is the second Saturday in February and it is a lot of fun. We also went to Sedona, Apache Junction where we went to Goldfield Mining Ghost Town, then up into the mountains right there (sometimes scary...most times beautiful), we took a hot air balloon ride with Rainbow Riders (highly recommend!!!), went to Fountain Hills a few times for an annual craft show (last weekend in February) and a vintage car show (held each Saturday), took in a Cubs baseball game, drove to all the towns in about a 75 mile radius, took drives just to see all the beauty all around there and saw many wild horses and burros and lakes and mountains, which was fun. Many stores right around the house and many restaurants serving all kinds of food. Make sure you go to Cave Creek....there are a lot of shops to go to and restaurants with yummy food. One even has long-horned steer shows out in the back. To really enjoy your stay in Scottsdale, you need to get in your car and drive all around. You will be amazed at what all you will see. We really enjoyed Fay's house, despite the little inconveniences. It really is set up to accommodate a family or two and if the weather is good, everyone will really enjoy just hanging around the pool. She had LOTS of toys and pool toys so is great for kids!!! ##### Robert G. The pool was exactly what we hoped for - temperature was good morning, afternoon, or evening. The bedrooms provided plenty of space, the kitchen and bathrooms were very nicely done, there were even toys and games that entertained the kids during moments they weren't swimming in the pool. There was plenty of dining space outside and inside for us to enjoy meals together. We are so glad we chose this property and would stay again. It is spacious, comfortable, clean, and has all the amenities of home. The pool was warm, clean, and inviting. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated with everything that you need. The location was perfect...we could walk to a coffee shop, restaurants (fast food and sit down), and a natural grocery store. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with great sidewalks for walks/runs. It was an east drive to Sloan Park to see the Cubs, to the mountains for hikes, and to downtown Phoenix for sightseeing. The house was easily the nicest house that we have rented for Spring Break. Everyone in the family gave it "thumbs up!" I have already recommended it to my sister and her family if they make it down to Arizona. ##### Maureen B.
